This package includes a venue walkthrough to finalize your floor plan and event logistics, a second coordinator for additional support, personal décor setup, ceremony-to-reception décor transfers, vendor coordination, and end-of-night packing of personal items and décor. When do you begin working with us?
You'll have access to your coordinator leading up to the wedding for questions, timeline guidance, vendor confirmations, and final planning details. The level of involvement depends on the coordination package selected.
Do you attend the rehearsal?
Yes. Ceremony Coordination, Ceremony Plus, and Full Day Management all include rehearsal coordination to ensure everyone understands their role and feels comfortable before wedding day.
Do you create our wedding timeline?
Yes. We work with you and your vendors to develop and finalize a timeline that keeps the day organized and flowing smoothly.
Do you communicate with our vendors?
Absolutely. We confirm timelines, logistics, and final details with your vendors before the wedding and serve as a primary point of contact on wedding day.
Will you set up our personal décor?
Personal décor setup is included with Full Day Management. Ceremony Coordination and Ceremony Plus include oversight of ceremony details and setup review, but extensive décor setup is reserved for Full Day Management.
What if something goes wrong on wedding day?
Part of our role is anticipating and solving problems before they become stress for you. Whether it's a timeline adjustment, vendor question, weather concern, or last-minute issue, we're there to handle it behind the scenes.
