Packages and pricing
Essential Management $700
You've got everything in place and need someone to make sure your ceremony plans are executed as well as host rehearsal, manage your bridal party and processional, ensure all vendors are in place and fluff your dress before you're queued for your big walk down the aisle. We will place small favors for you, make sure all your flowers are in place and the arch draping is perfect. This package is great for small affairs that need the details overseen and the ceremony components managed. Enjoy unlimited phone and email support with your coordinator.
Signature Management $1000
Everything included in the Ceremony package, plus 2 more hours of on- site coordination for your cocktail hour or reception timeline. We will reach out to all of your vendors to confirm the timeline, details and update if any changes occur prior to the day. We will arrive early to review the reception set up and service as the point of contact for set up. This coordination package entails managing your timeline events such as first dances, toasts, dinner service, and settles you into the evening prior to our departure.
Full Day Expanded Management $1900
The Full Day Coordination package encompasses everything offered in the Ceremony Plus package, with added benefits including a second coordinator and an additional three hours of on-site coordination for your post-ceremony activities. This package includes a venue walkthrough to create and finalize your floor plan, manage and coordinate with your vendors both on the day of and in the days leading up to your event, and set up any personal reception decor. We will also transfer decor from the ceremony to the reception as needed, handle the distribution of final payments and gratuities on your behalf, and collect and pack up your personal decor at the end of the evening. With Full Day Coordination, you gain unlimited access to your coordinator for a seamless and stress-free experience. This package will allow you to be fully present on your wedding day with your beloved, family and friends!
