It can be a long walk to that short aisle and we have a “passion” for
making that journey easier! This page is dedicated to every couple
who is considering hiring a professional coordinator.

The question that newly engaged couples most frequently ask is… Do
I need an event planner?

The answer to this question is yes!  You absolutely need a planner
for today’s wedding and you can afford to have one.  Having a
professional wedding planner is not necessarily a luxury anymore;
rather, it has become a necessity. It can be
unpleasant to spend the entire process of planning your wedding
overwhelmed.

Hiring a professional wedding coordinator will allow you to relax,
have fun and enjoy the experience.  Also, with respect to budget
considerations, we wish to work with you in a fashion where we are
incorporating the costs for coordination in your financial plan from
the beginning. We commit ourselves to keeping you on target and
within your resources throughout the entire planning of your wedding.
Do I need a wedding planner?
The plan you select for your wedding depends
greatly on how much or  how little your needs are
for coordination. The number of meetings that are
needed with you varies with each plan offered.
However, typically even with the lower (more
independent) plans there are a minimum of at
least four meetings or phone conferences.  The
pricing of my plans are reasonably set according
to the one that you select.

We work in a very detailed fashion with clients.
Therefore when we begin, and  planning
schedules are set,  Preferably, we have more
meetings rather than less for the preparation of
any wedding or event.

It is a very fun process of working. We take our
time with each meeting and design as we go
along.  Every meeting we have brings us closer to
finalizing.

Plan # 1- Full Service Executive Planning

This plan is for the couple who wishes to have “Carte-Blanche” Wedding Planning from the
very beginning until the end. It provides setting the locations (if needed); custom vendor
referral and setting; coordinator attendance at all or some vendor meetings and organization
in every area of your wedding. This would include; accounting for all wedding accessories;
reception room layouts; table & guest placement layouts with seating charts; ceremony
placement layouts; a timeline/itinerary for your wedding day; conduction of the rehearsal and
attendance of the entire day of wedding.


Plan # 2 ~ “Mid Way through” Wedding Planning:

This plan is for the couple who has already planned most of their wedding and wishes to
retain a planner mid-midway-through the process. It begins with a “mid-meeting” to determine
what planning is still needed. We then have a “finalize meeting” to produce all necessary
“final” paperwork needed for your wedding such as; a timeline/itinerary; all layouts; seating
chart guidance; conduction of the rehearsal and attendance of the entire day of the wedding.

Plan # 3 ~ “Wedding Day" Coordination Only

This Plan is for the more independent couple who wishes to retain  a planner  for on-site
coordination the day of their wedding to see that problems are averted and details are
addressed.

Consists of:

Consultation prior to wedding/event day
Coordinator at rehearsal
Supervising all activities such as set-up, decor, etc
Coordinator at ceremony,reception & photo shoot

Price: $350.00

Plan #4 ~ Consult and Guide:

This plan is for those who want to plan their own wedding or event, and need a little help to
find vendors, etc.

Consists of:

Budget development & management
Theme / color scheme development (for ceremony & reception location)
Vendor suggestions and referrals
Etiquette & itinerary (Wedding or Event Day)
Money saving tips
Any other topic of interest to the couple

Price: $250.00
